In order to do this, we provide every hotel with a ‘Proactive Service Commitment’. A recent survey of 100 of our hotels showed an average 28% rise in business as a result of our training methods.
Once you have access to G-rez’s distribution technology, we will ensure your property is set up correctly to provide the travel agent and guest with all relevant information needed to make a booking.
