Travel agents’ commission payment service

Managing commissions and dealing with payment enquiries has been one of the biggest booking bug-bears facing both travel agencies and hotel operators.

With this in mind G-rez has partnered with Seville-based company Worldwide Payment Systems to provide their hotels with a consolidated commission payment service.

The Worldwide Commission Manager – the name for both products – will be available to agents and hotel operators and allow them to facilitate tracking of commission payments.

By providing this solution G-rez hopes to ease the situation for all concerned, and stimulate travel agencies to boost the number of hotel bookings they make at our hotels. It will also ensure travel agents feel they have visibility and control over their payments, and are able to judge which hotels are the most reliable partners.
